  • -We do not service those under the age of 18, those who are pregnant, those undergoing chemotherapy (unless authorized by your oncologist), those visibly intoxicated and those with certain medical conditions such as heart, liver, and kidney problems. Your medical history will be reviewed with our medical team to ensure that you qualify as a candidate for IV hydration therapy.

  • - No. You may feel a slight pinch upon the initial poke, but the needle is retracted, once the catheter is in place. The entire procedure is painless and once the IV therapy has started, you may feel a cool rush entering your body, this is normal and nothing to fear!

  • -Our infusions can last anywhere between 30-45 minutes, depending on the client’s veins. The IM injection shots can be administered within 1 to 2 minutes.

  • - The amount of treatments will be dependent on your individual goals and overall health. For preventative health and wellness, we recommend clients to begin with 1 to 2 infusions per month in order to sustain your vitamin and hydration levels. Our IM shots require weekly treatments to sustain your results.

  • - A skilled registered nurse trained in IV insertion and intramuscular injections.

  • -Prior to your appointment, you will first be cleared by our nurse practitioner who will do a thorough medical history and determine if you are a candidate for IV therapy. If you are cleared, we come to your destination, vital signs will be taken and an IV will be started based on your pick of IV infusions. The registered nurse will be near to monitor you during the duration of your IV therapy.

  • -Yes, we do service large groups of 3 or more!! Book us for your parties, weddings, corporate events, etc! We offer services in the downtown Dallas area and only travel up to a 15 mile radius from our virtual office.

  • - Yes, our registered nurses are highly skilled in IV insertion but that does not always guarantee IV access. Per our policy, we will attempt a maximum of 2 IV sticks. If both times are unsuccessful, we will attempt a third time, only with the clients permission. If we can’t obtain IV access after the 3rd attempt, then the client has the option to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Ways that can help with good IV access: drinking lots of water, applying warm compress to the area, doing a light workout, and relaxing during the process.
